Account Credentials: Name, email address, password hash, and basic profile preferences upon registration.
Career & Application Data: Educational background, employment history, language certifications (e.g., JLPT scores), visa status, location preferences, and uploaded resumes or cover letters.
Rirekisho Maker Data: Draft information inputted into the interactive Japanese Resume Studio (氏名, 生年月日, 住所, 学歴, 職歴, 資格, 志望動機). When drafting as a guest, your inputs remain stored locally on your device via browser sessionStorage until you choose to export or save to your account.
Communications: Messages, support inquiries, and feedback submitted through our contact form.
